Our minimum order quantity starts at 50 units for most standard woven label styles, allowing small designers and large brands alike to access high-quality branding.
How long does production and shipping usually take?
Standard production takes 7-10 business days. Once completed, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can I see a digital proof before my labels are manufactured?
Yes, we provide a high-resolution digital proof for every order. Production only begins once you have reviewed and approved the design and specifications.
Are your labels OEKO-TEX certified and safe for skin contact?
Absolutely. All our woven labels are made from high-quality polyester threads that are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, ensuring they are free from harmful substances and safe for all clothing types.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
We prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF for the sharpest results. However, we can also work with high-resolution JPG or PNG files if vector art is unavailable.
Do you offer different folding options for the labels?
Yes, we offer several folding options including Flat (no fold), Center Fold, End Fold, Book Fold, and Mitre Fold to suit your specific garment application.
